We at Pearlsbymagatrai understand that online shopping of jewellery is worrisome and hence we have designed our return policy user friendly
Return Option: Upon receiving the product delivery, you will be entitled to a 24-hour return option where if you want to return the product, you must contact us or drop a message via Phone or Email or WhatsApp. The return will be approved if a message request is dropped within return-option timeline, even if we couldn’t acknowledge it with a response within same day.
Return Pickup: Once your return request is registered our team will confirm if you want us to initiate a return pickup or if you want to self-return the product. If we initiate a return pickup it will be picked up from your address within two working days and delivered to us within two weeks. This decision will affect your refund amount.
Self-Returning of Product: If you plan to self-return the product, our team will share the store-address with you to help you to prepare for a return. You can share the tracking id or shipment details after you have dispatched the product. Since the courier partner is being selected by the customer, Pearls by mangatrai cannot guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
We allow you time to inspect your jewellery for perfection and in case you wish to return it for some reason, we will take it back and refund the entire amount, if the return is within 15 days of the shipping date and value more than 1000/- no questions asked. Yes, we keep it that simple! However, we only accept products that are unused, not personalized and intact in its original condition along with the tag, certificate and invoice.
Orders which are refused at delivery attracts 10% cancellation fee & shipping cost before refund amount is credited.
The refund process will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days once we received the shipment at our warehouse.
15 day exchange policy
Any product that is unused, not personalized and intact in its original condition can be sent back to us within 15 days and you can buy a new product in its place. You will receive complimentary return shipping for all products within the 15-day exchange policy.
The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case a coupon, or discount code was used while purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by the equivalent amount of the coupon. In case the exchange value is higher than the amount already paid, customer will have to pay the additional amount. If the exchange value is lesser than the amount already paid, the balance amount will be paid via bank transfer.
The exchange can also be done at our outlets.
The product needs to be returned along with the original certificate, tag and a copy of the invoice.
Exchange is not applicable for product less than and equal to 1000/- and cost related to the return shipments minimum 250/-- or more depending upon value of order.
